SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship items within 1-2 business days.
All items include full tracking service. and we ship Worldwide: in 15 to 27 working days. less or more depending on the Buyer’s location and Customs.
We also provide express shipping service via DHL, with the need to provide us with a phone number for fast delivery. Shipping takes 7 to 9 working days.
What is the specified period for exchange and return?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. If the product is not returned in its original condition then we have the right to refuse refunding and will send the item back to you.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method*. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
How much is shipping?
We offer two types of shipping
Traditional shipping is free and the product arrives within 15 to 21 business days
We also provide fast shipping with DHL, and the order takes from 6 to 10 working days
How long will it take my order to ship?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped that will include your tracking number
